The main mission of NIHEP is to empower, promote and protect right of children and women on accessibility of basic social needs and amplifying their voices at national level and international dome.
We are focusing on doing child protection, early childhood development and women and girls empowerment
Currently NIHEP operates within lake zone regions particularly Mwanza region, works in collaboration with other stakeholders
Our vision is to have a society where rights of children and women are met and their voices are heard locally and globally.
Aims and objectives of the organization
a. To empower children, women and adolescent girls to have access to quality social services
b. To advocate and lobby for change of law and policies affecting rights of children and women
c. To empower, educate and promote performance for children and adolescent girls with talent, art, culture, traditional, sports and games.
d. To empower communities utilizing their present resources to alleviate poverty for children, women and adolescent girls for development
